FROM SCARCITY TO STRATEGY:

LESSONS FROM HISTORICAL KITCHENS

A MealScript workshop to beat rising food costs

Reclaiming the Heart of Your Home

In a world of rising grocery costs and "beige" convenience meals, the most radical thing you can do is master your own kitchen. Whether you’re a busy parent stretching a single pound of protein across the week, a professional fighting decision fatigue, or someone ready to move past "boiled cabbage trauma"—this class is your blueprint.

Why This Class?

We aren't just following a recipe; we are building Survival Architecture. Based on the popular MealScript series, we’re taking the lessons of the Great Depression and WWII rationing and updating them for the modern table.

In this high-impact session, you will master:

The "Quiet Insurance" of Grains

Moving from flat, boiled rice to nutrient-dense, toasted foundations.

The Proportion Principle

How to strategically layer proteins so they feed more people for fewer dollars.

Pantry Strategy

Turning your dry goods into a "Financial Shield" against inflation.

The Architecture of Flavor

Learning to "fortify" simple staples with aromatics and basic preservation techniques that make budget meals feel like a luxury.
