Your purchase begins the onboarding process.You'll receive a welcome from MealScript, your Questionnaire, and instructions for scheduling your Concierge Conversation—a personal video conversation with the Concierge who will be creating your weekly MealScripts.Your Concierge reviews what you've shared, talks with you about the details that a questionnaire can't always capture, and then begins researching and creating your first MealScript.This isn't instant meal-plan fulfillment. Your first week is the beginning of a relationship, and we want to begin it thoughtfully.

First MealScripts are delivered on Wednesdays.The exact date depends on when you purchase, complete your Questionnaire and have your Concierge Conversation. When onboarding is completed promptly, most new clients can expect their first MealScript on the first or second Wednesday following purchase—generally within 7 to 13 calendar days.Completing your onboarding promptly gives us the best opportunity to reserve your earliest available Wednesday delivery. If you need additional time to complete the process, your first delivery may move to a later Wednesday.Once your Concierge Conversation is complete, we'll confirm your first delivery date.

Not at all.Many people know what isn't working long before they can describe exactly what would.Your Questionnaire and Concierge Conversation give us a meaningful place to begin. The weeks that follow give us something equally useful: experience.What you loved. What you didn't. What was easier than expected. What looked wonderful on Wednesday but didn't fit reality on Monday. What your household immediately asked to have again.All of that teaches us something.

Because genuine personalization takes more than a list of preferences.Your first MealScript reflects what you've told us. Each subsequent week can also reflect what we've learned together.The first several weeks are a period of calibration: your reactions, preferences, schedule realities, cooking pace and household rhythms allow your Concierge to develop a much more nuanced understanding of what works in your kitchen.For that reason, we strongly recommend experiencing approximately eight weeks of MealScript before deciding whether the service is right for you.
